I am a member of RIADI laboratory. I work on some research projects that you can find here.

My main researches focus on Arabic Information Retrieval (IR), Cross-Language Information Retrieval (CLIR), Query Disambiguation and Expansion, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Mining.

Some of my research responsibilities :

• Member of the scientific committee of the conference on the Sciences of Electronics, Technologies of Information and Telecommunications (SETIT’18)
• Member of the scientific committee of Journal of Information Science (JIS 2019)
  [Impact factor = 2,327; Q1 in SJR]
• Thesis co-supervisor of Amina Chouigui (Ph.D. student in computer science) with Dr. Bilel Elayeb at RIADI lab., University of Manouba (thesis defended in July 2023)
